Record turnout for local fishing tournament

Branson, Mo. – On Saturday, May 4, a record number of local fishermen participated in White River Valley Electric Cooperative’s 6th annual Hooked on Education Fishing Tournament in support of WRVEC’s Scholarship Trust. The record-breaking, 88 teams came to Theodosia Marina on Bull Shoals Lake where the sportsmen launched their boats at 7 a.m. for an eight-hour day of fishing.

Upcoming Hooked on Education tournament benefits scholarship trust

Branson, Mo. – White River Valley Electric Cooperative’s annual Hooked on Education fishing tournament to benefit the Scholarship Trust Fund will be held on Saturday, May 4. First flight will launch at 7 a.m. from Theodosia Marina at Bull Shoals Lake.
