WRVEC Annual Meeting Results 2025

White River Valley Electric Cooperative (WRVEC) hosted its 86th Annual Meeting on Friday, August 22. The meeting was live streamed and included interactive opportunities for members to participate in.
The meeting highlighted general updates from WRVEC. Election results from the eligible board seats were announced. Additionally, there were three live panel discussions answering members questions about rate increases, right-of-way, and the Cooperative’s fiber project.
“Our annual meeting is more than a reflection of the past year. It is a reminder that the strength of our cooperative lies in the voices and engagement of our members,” said Chris Hamon, Chief Executive Officer. “Members’ involvement shapes our direction, reinforces our values, and ensures we continue to grow together.”
2,256 White River Valley Electric Cooperative members cast their votes online or through mail-in ballots. The winners of the 2025 board election are listed below:
- Daniel Henke (District A – Stone County)
- Lyle Rowland (District B – Taney County)
- James “Jim” Kyle (District E –Ozark County)
Winners were elected by their constituents to serve a term of three years. Board members, if re-elected, may serve up to seven terms.
