Single Phase Service Current Rate Service Availability Charge $35 kWh Charge 12.011 cents/kWh The service availability charge for single phase service shall be $35.

Three Phase Service Current Rate Service Availability Charge $65 Excess kWh 11.418 cents/kWh The service availability charge for three phase service shall be $65.
Large Power Service Current Rate Service Availability Charge $120 Demand $13.11/Kw demand Energy First 100 hours/Kw @ 9.187 cents Excess kWh @ 6.166 cents The service availability charge for large power service shall be $120. The demand shall be the maximum kilowatt demand established by the consumer for any period of 15 consecutive minutes during the month for which the bill is rendered, as shown or recorded by a demand meter.
